Theresa Glendenning

GLENDENNING, Theresa - It is with heart felt sadness that the family announces the passing of Theresa Glendenning (Blackborow) on Monday January 15 2018 after a long battle with cancer. Terri was an absolutely fabulous lady! She loved her family, her friends, and her grandchildren who brought her a joy that would light up an entire room. She loved traveling, especially to Mexico with Ron and their family, as well as many life long friends. She was always up for a new adventure, whether it be wielding a hive tool in the bee yard, trying a new craft, or finding a new place to shop with her girls, she was enthusiastic to make it happen. She always had a bright smile on her face and knew just the right words to say for those who needed it. She was always gracious and generous, and those she met were richer because of their association with her. Terri took every opportunity to share her faith in the Bible's promises with all she met. During her battle with cancer it was obvious to all that knew her, that she drew strength and comfort and endurance from her God Jehovah. She looked forward to the time when Godís Kingdom will take away death forever. Terri was born on February 20, 1947 in Hamilton, Ontario. In 1967 Brenda and Terri met a couple guys at a social dance, danced the night away and that was the beginning of Terri and Ron! They married on September 30, 1967 and shortly after they moved to the honey farm in Pleasantdale, Saskatchewan where they made their home and raised their 4 sons. They were baptized together in Prince George, British Columbia in July 1970. Terri is survived by her husband Ron Glendenning; son David; son Steven (Amber); son Mark (Chisa) children Finn & Jersey; son Kyle (Andrea) children Noah & Isabel; siblings Allan (Eleanor) Blackborow; Jeannie (Hank) Hope. Terri was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Glenice Blackborow. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many. Her kindness and fun loving nature will not be forgotten.13250371
