I worked together with Dr. Max as a fellow member of the Consent and Capacity Board. I was very saddened to hear of his passing and wished to extend my most sincere sympathies to friends and family members both. He will be missed.
Sympathy on your loss.

I knew of Dr Max first through my father, Dr J.B. Walker, who was a fellow London Ontario physician and member of the clinical faculty of Western’s medical school. He always spoke respectfully and fondly of Dr Max. Later in life, I appeared before Dr Max in his capacity as psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board, where he often posed insightful questions that went to the heart of the matter. May his memory be a blessing to you.
Fond memories

Dr Max was my supervisor when I came from Ireland in 1974 to commence residency training in psychiatry at UWO / Victoria Hospital in London Ontario..

Generous and wise , he had a positive influence on a generation of psychiatrists and is fondly remembered whenever conversation turns to those halcyon days
