PRETTY, Don - 1947 - 2018 It is with great sadness that the family of John Donald Pretty announces his sudden passing on Sunday, December 2nd, 2018, at the age of 71 years. He also leaves behind his brother William (Janet), and his sisters Jacqueline Morissette (Charlie), Joyce Clement (late Roger), and Nona Worth (Gerry), and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Ardella (nee Cook), and by his sisters Ruth Martin (late Stu), and Joy Badour (late Clifford). Don was born on August 1, 1947, and grew up in Timmins. He left to serve in the Royal Canadian Navy and then returned to work for the Ontario Provincial Police for 30 years.
