Ann Mary (nee Kean) McLeod

McLEOD, Ann Mary (nee: Kean) - Ann Mary McLeod, beloved wife of Ron McLeod of Calgary, AB, passed away on May 4, 2019, at the age of 56 years. Ann will be remembered by her children: Kathryn McLeod, of Calgary, AB, Emma McLeod of Calgary, AB, Scott (Beth) McLeod of Hope, BC and granddaughter, Margaret McLeod. She will also be lovingly remembered by, Marcella Kean and family as well as her brothers: Tom, Alan, Mark and David Kean. Ann was predeceased by her father, Jack and brother, Laurence Kean. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved the outdoors, spending summers at the cottage and hiking and skiing in the Canadian Rockies with family and friends. Her selflessness, compassion and her passion for the outdoors will be remembered above all. Our family would like to thank all the friends, family and community who reached out to support. I was so sad to hear that we lost Ann so soon. She was such a lovely person from the time she was a young girl. My thoughts are with both the McLeod and Kean families at this time. I am so sorry for your loss.

I was terribly upset to learn of Ann's passing. Though I hadn't seen her since she was in her early twenties, my memories of her are all positive: her smile, her warmth, her giving nature. My condolences go out to the rest of the Kean family. Ann was so young!
