Helen Mary Térèse (nee Dupuis) Overholt

OVERHOLT, Helen Mary Térèse (nee Dupuis) - Peacefully passed away at North Bay Regional Health Centre on April 11, 2013 in her 85th year. She was the loved wife of John Overholt (predeceased July 25, 2009) for 58 years. Dear mother of David (Michelle) and Martha-Jane Sullivan (Michael). Cherished grandmother of Andrew (Stephanie), Mary (Travis) and Brian (Ticha) Overholt and Sarah (Todd), Patrick (Jocelyne), Daniel and Matthew Sullivan. Great-grandmother of Isaac and Sebastian Holyoak and Atticus Doak. Predeceased by her parents Alex and Mary (nee McMahon) Dupuis, her brother, Al Dupuis (Dolores-surviving), her sister, Jean Powers, and infant grandson Christopher. Helen was an x-ray/radiological technician and helped pioneer the radio-isotope department at St. Joseph's Hospital. The family will be receiving friends at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME on Sunday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Church on Monday at 10 a.m. Donations to the Gathering Place would be gratefully appreciated by the family. The family would like to recognize the loving care of the staff at Nipissing Manor, and Dr. Amelia Hlusek and the staff at the North Bay Regional Mental Health Centre. Special thanks to Dr. Sheppard and the nurses of the emergency department for all of their kindness. 12368347
