Special thanks to the Nurses, the PCAs and staff on Davies 5 at the Kingston General Hospital and Dr. McFadzean of Tamworth. And a special thanks to our sister, Sharon, for taking care of all of mum's needs. We are forever grateful. Cremation has taken place as per Grace's wishes. Everyone is welcome to a Celebration of Her Life to be held at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Tamworth (613-379-2997) on Saturday, December 8 at 11:00 a.m. with interment at Tamworth Cemetery, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations of remembrances to the Memorial Care Foundation of Tamworth (Cunningham Memorial Park) or the Tamworth Cemetery would be appreciated. Mum you will be missed, but you left us with nothing, but fond memories. And we take comfort knowing that you are now home with dad. Online condolences at www.hannahfuneralhome.com13315273

We read on-line of the passing of your dear Mom. It has been many years since we have seen any of the family, however, we always remember the wonderful visits we have had with you at the coffee shops. Our thoughts & prayers are with the family.
