Roger CHARRON

CHARRON, Roger In loving memory and sadness we announce the passing of a Dear Dad, Brother, Uncle and Friend, Roger Charron in his 84th year on Jan. 12, 2019 at Au Chateau, Sturgeon Falls. Roger was predeceased by parents, Auguste and Evelyn (Guay) Charron and siblings Jackie, Charlie and Donald. Brothers, Reginald of Hanmer and Ernie (Marilyn) of Wahnapitae share in the sorrow of their loss. Roger will be deeply missed by son Richard of Sudbury. Roger was predeceased by his Dear Wife and Mother to Richard, Marie-Ange Dube and her sons Marcel, Rolland, Andre, Raymond and daughter Theresa Dube-Dempsey (Richard). Fondly remembered by Suzanne Dube-O'Brien. Roger was the eldest of his sibling and learned at a very young age the importance of working hard and caring for family at his home farm in Wahnapitae. These values he carried with him throughout his lifetime. Roger put in many years at INCO as a crane operator until retirement. Aside from his job, he was a "Stay at Home and Work kind of Guy". He built two family homes in his lifetime with son Richard helping, enjoying and learning from his Dad. His garden and lawn care were of equal importance. He was completely dedicated to home, family, and hard work. Roger enjoyed the outdoors. Most of his personal photo collections consisted of happy times spent hunting and fishing. Treasured Days spent at the cottage in Lavigne especially in later years with lady friend, Dorothy Lemire and Family played a wonderful part of Roger's Retirement. Special thanks to all Dedicated Staff at Au Chateau. Your Care, Concern, and Thoughtfulness in being there for Roger will never be forgotten. Family and Friends might consider planting a Tree in Roger's Memory; A Man who truly loved and respected Earth's Natural Beauty. Cremation arrangements in care of Théoret Bourgeois funeral home, Sturgeon Falls0
