William Max Cronmiller

CRONMILLER, William Max - Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Maple Manor Nursing Home, Tillsonburg, Max Cronmiller of Walsingham at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband and partner of Donna (nee Leguee) who he shared over 66 years of marriage with. Dear father of Dana & Teresa of Walsingham, Perry & Susie of Simcoe, Randy & Barbara of Scotland, Jeff & Lesley of St. Williams, Stephen & Kim of Tillsonburg and Cindy & Brian Gates of Port Rowan. Sadly missed by his 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and 2 more that are expected this year. Survived by his brother Robert & Margaret of Walsingham, sisters Vivian Armstrong of Port Rowan, Marilyn Haydt & Chuck Graves of Walsingham, Mary Tops of Fort McMurray, sister-in-law Norma Cronmiller of Comox, B.C. and brother-in-law Tom & Jean Leguee of Waterford. Max worked at the Forestry Farm in St. Williams for 38 years until his retirement. Predeceased by his parents William & Muriel (Wilson) Cronmiller and by his great granddaughter Hadley Gloria Belle Cronmiller (Sept 15, 2018), by his brother Charles Cronmiller and brother-in-law Edward Armstrong. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate Max’s life at the Port Rowan Legion on Saturday April 13, 2019 from 2 -4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Maple Manor Nursing Home, Alzheimer’s Society of Haldimand-Norfolk or the LPCA Memorial Forest (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.
