Roland (Rolly) Carrière

CARRIÈRE, Roland (Rolly) - 1945 – 2019 The family announces with great sadness his death on Tuesday June 11, 2019 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 74 years. He will be greatly missed by his wife Lucille Carrière, his grandchildren Mélanie and Joël Viel, his great-grandchildren Liam and Théo, his step-children Ivan Junior and Kathy, and their children Jessie, Travis, Jennifer, Jodie and Caleb, as well as many step-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Aurel (Pauline) Carrière and Fernand (Noëlla) Carrière, his sister Madelaine (Rhéal) Chartrand, his brother-in-law Jean-Guy Demers, all of the St-Louis family, as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Eugène and Cécile Carrière, his brothers Raymond and Henri Carrière and his sister Noëlla Demers. A memorial service will be held on Thursday June 13, 2019 at 12 p.m. (Noon) in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the LESSARD-STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME. Inurnment will follow at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery. Rolly will be sadly missed. We enjoyed our coffees together at the mall and listening to his stories. Rolly was a great guy and will be missed.
