As a new graduated and very green civil engineer in 1978, I was oversight of the construction of seven highway structures on the new four lane highway 17 in SUDBURY. Needless to say, I was in need of much help. It was there that I met MTC’s leading expert on concrete who openly shared his knowledge, experience, poise and friendship with me. We worked hard and long hours back then and celebrated our milestones at the inn just down the road. Thank you Jim
