Judah Soles

SOLES, Judah - Judah Soles, beloved son of Jamie and Valerie Soles of Grande Prairie, passed away in a motorcycle accident on Friday, June 20, 2014, one day short of his 20th birthday. Judah was born on midsummer's day in 1994 in Grande Prairie, the third child and first son of his parents. He grew up in Grande Prairie, and for four of his early years in Red Deer. He has lived continually here since 2002. He was educated at home, and took part in his family's musical pursuits. His voice is on 9 different music CDs of his father's songs. He sang in the Grande Prairie Boys Choir for ten years, and became a fabulous vocalist. He worked for three years for Certek Heating Equipment in Wembley. Judah loved music making, loved his family, his nieces, his church, biking, dancing, chatting with people, helping people in need. He loved Jesus, and he loved life. Judah will be sadly missed by his parents Jamie and Valerie Soles; siblings: Timbrel (Jesse) Penner, Zion (Nathan) Shoemaker, Jewel Soles, Jonathan Soles, Eden Soles, Chloe Soles, and Joseph Soles; and by a great many others in his church, work, choir, extended family, and biking communities. There will be a visitation service held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 6:00-7:30pm at Oliver's Funeral Chapel in Grande Prairie (10005 107 Ave.). The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 27, 2014 at 11:00am at Grande Prairie Alliance Church (15502 102 St.). Interment will follow at 2:30pm at Emerson Trail Cemetery.
