Andrea 'Andy' Fortuna

FORTUNA, Andrea 'Andy' - Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 25, 2016 at Eventide Home, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of 52 years to the late Antonia (2009). Dearly loved father of Vince (Lori) and Sergio (Michelle). Cherished Nonno of Jonathon, Lauren, Paul and Andrew. Dear brother of Luigi, Nino, Sisto and Lino. Predeceased by his brother Franco. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Andy will be lovingly remembered by his family for his devotion to his wife, sons and grandchildren. Andy retired from CNRail after 26 years of service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the caring staff of Eventide Home for their love and support of their father. Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME , 6062 Main St., visiting Tuesday 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at the Our Lady of the Scapular Church, Wednesday at 10:30 am. The Rite of Entombment will follow at Fairview Mausoleum. First of all let me say what a privilege it was to have your Dad with us at Eventide. He very quickly became a part of our family here. We are saddened that he is no longer with us and we will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in these days.
