My family and I were heartbroken to discover today that Millicent had passed away. I have known Millicent since the day I was born as she was my mother's best friend, co-worker and bridesmaid and we had kept in touch with her through the years. Even after my mother's passing we often exchanged phone calls to check up on each other. Whenever we were in Nipawin we made a point of visiting Millicent and always received the warmest welcome. She will be sorely missed by the Frank. Family
