BARTON, Lawrence Clifford - In Loving Memory of Lawrence Clifford Barton 1953 - 2018 The family announces with sorrow the passing of Lawrence on November 30, 2018 at the Timmins and District Hospital. Loving husband of his high school sweetheart Judith Ann Barton of 47 years. Beloved father of Laurence Shayne Barton and Carrie-Anne Rose (Peter) Kippenhuck. Proud grandpa to Lynden Lawrence Barton, Brooklynn Joy and Oliver Claude Kippenhuck. He was so proud of his grandchildren. It was his pleasure to be Lynden’s biggest fan at his hockey games and tournaments. He loved his “little people”, Brooklynn and Oliver. He looked forward to his many visits with them and loved being called “Ampa”. Leaves behind his sisters-in-law Ethel and Gina. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James and Rose Mable Barton and his siblings Roy, Dorothy, Jay and Guy Barton. He loved being a part of his extended Hanscomb family, mother and father-in-law, brother and sisters-in-law and their families. Lawrence will be sadly missed by his best friend Marc Lehto with whom he always enjoyed their Timmies visits. He was a long-time member of South Porcupine Pentecostal Church. Thank you to his church family, he loved worshipping his Creator Jesus Christ with you all. Founder and creator of East End Road Rebels Car Club. Lawrence loved cruising around in his 1969 Dodge Monaco convertible with the top down and his hair blowing in the wind. He enjoyed and looked forward to meeting up for cruise night and car shows with his car club buddies. Donations to the South Porcupine Pentecostal Church will be gratefully acknowledged by his family. A Funeral Service will be held at South Porcupine Pentecostal Church South Porcupine on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
