We are impacted greatly by the loss of people that we love. I have very good childhood memories of Troy. My family used to visit (particularly on on hot summer days) to use the pool. Troy had a great smile and was a positive role model for many people. We have lost a very special person. Larry, Rita and Tammy - love you folks always.

From Ian Fraser, on behalf of The Fraser family. My dearest, heart felt condolences to Sail & Andrew, Rita and Larry, Tammie and family. Troy was a good friend. A wonderful, fun guy to grow up with. My family and I share in your sadness. Though we had not spent time together since high school, I have fond memories of our friendship.

To: Larry, Reta, Tammie and Family: It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Troy. I will always remember his great smile, laugh, cruising in the white vet, and his love for Oreo cookies. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. May the memories you hold in your heart bring healing and peace to your soul. With deepest sympathy at this difficult time.
