My Dad, Phil Neatby and I had the pleasure of playing many rounds of golf with Roy at the Landings Golf Course. I admired his determination to overcome each new physical ailment which he encountered. He was a real gentleman and will live on in our memories! Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
