Programming is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at its facility located in the Lochiel Centre on 180 North College Avenue in Sarnia. Staff focus on offering fun activities, crafts and games along with exercise programs that emphasize helping survivors strengthen their bodies and their minds. |
