Other Info / Description New Beginnings Club provides free day programs and support groups for survivors of stroke and/or brain injury as well as support groups for family members and caregivers of survivors. Programming is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at its facility located in the Lochiel Centre on 180 North College Avenue in Sarnia. Staff focus on offering fun activities, crafts and games along with exercise programs that emphasize helping survivors strengthen their bodies and their minds.
